1-on-1 Facilitation Program starting on 10 May 2022

This program is based on the Elder program initiated in 2012 to spread the ‘Myrna’ role and sustain the growth of Lewis Deep Democracy. Today we have a sufficient number of experienced Elders assisting the LDD community.
Based on the success of the program and the personal value past participants gained, Myrna is creating a program for anyone wanting to learn LDD’s method of providing coaching support. Existing coaches will be able to deepen their facilitation and coaching skills. And for those people interested in becoming a coach, it will lay a robust foundation.

Prerequisites: CoR Extended Program or an LDD Level 3, and an I Know Me.
