    Francesca is a leadership development consultant, trainer, and coach with over 10 years’ experience working with individuals and groups. Her approach is rooted in building trust and bringing warm practicality, clarity of presence and sharp insights to support clients create what matters most to them.

    Francesca’s background is in facilitation and training, gained in the public and third sector supporting NHS organisations and large non-profits to implement cultural change processes and develop system leaders.

    As a trainer, she has led hundreds of people in the private, public and third sector through conflict transformation and participative leadership training. She has also designed and led trainings covering coaching skills, facilitation, and communication for senior leaders, HR and strategy teams, and executive teams.

    She views coaching, training, and facilitation as key disciplines for creating the future of meaningful work. She gains deep satisfaction from seeing her clients lead transformation in their lives - with the right people by their side. She has trained extensively in Integral Coaching, Systemic Coaching and Constellations, Lewis Deep Democracy, Mediative Facilitation and the Enneagram, and weaves all these skills together in ways that create swift changes and long lasting results for clients.
