Refund Policy

• Cancellations 2 months or more before the event: 80% refund.

• Cancellations 1–2 months before the event: 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 1 month before the event: No refund.

• Tickets or bookings may be transferred to another person with 2 weeks prior notice provided they meet the admission requirements and are approved by LDD.

• Products and services delivered digitally or not provided in person are non-refundable.

• If LDD cancels the course or event, a full refund will be provided.

Liability Disclaimer

LDD and its representatives are not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences beyond the specified refund amounts, nor for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
